Terrible accident: Father-mother-son four died

Four persons, including a woman, died in a head-on collision between a Canter lorry and an Indica car, which took place near Kondli Cross in Gubbi Taluk.

Narayanappa (50), his wife Nagaratna (45), son Sagar (21) and relative Ramanna (25) are the unfortunate dead.

All the deceased are from Chikkanayakanahalli taluk village. A Canter lorry going from Tumkur towards KB Cross collided head-on with an Indica car coming towards Tumkur, killing three people on the spot. Narayanappa's wife Nagaratna was injured and was admitted to the hospital where the treatment failed and she died in the hospital.

The Gubbi police station has inspected the spot.
